The Change Navigator™ is designed for organizations that are going through a specific change event and may not be seeing employee adoption as anticipated. We use the tool to assess organizational readiness to move forward with the change initiative.
The tool is a self-assessment, hand-scored and includes a group activity. Time commitment is 2.5-hours.
