📫 Question from the DMs - How can leaders create a culture where change is embraced as a natural part of the organization's evolution?
Start at onboarding. Every employee should be assessed for their change style (at minimum) and every supervisor, manager, director and VP should be assessed for their change style and emotional intelligence. This sets the tone that embracing change is an essential part of the culture.
The advantage to knowing change styles is understanding how employees follow when change is on the horizon. We all instinctively embrace change in one of three ways: prefers structure and stability, embraces bold and innovation, or looks for practical and balanced solutions.
Again, helping employees understand this walking through the door, sets the tone for embracing change.
